I have pdf file i need to open but they keep asking for passwords...what can i do or how can you help

Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out. 

Adobe doesn’t keep a track of the users' document open passwords. If you do not have the password, the best option is to get in touch with the sender of the file to ask for the password to open it, or probably a non-password file.  

There isn’t much we can do in this case.

Also, please change your profile name as the current one has your email ID mentioned and sharing personal information on a public forum can be misused.
