I have already purchased the subscription of Rs. 2600/- (one year).

But Adobe application on mobile asked me to take the subscription again.

What can I do now?

    Hi @Adv.+Mandar

Hope you are doing well, and thanks for reaching out. We are sorry for the trouble. This should just work after you pay, so let's get it sorted.

A few quick questions so we can pin down the fix:

    1. Are you on Android or iPhone, and did you buy the subscription through the Google Play Store / Apple App Store?

    2. What email address (Adobe ID) did you use to make the purchase, and is that the same email you're signed into inside the app?

    3. What exact message or screen shows up when it asks you to subscribe to a screenshot again would help a lot if you could share one.

In the meantime, please try the steps below and see if that helps

    1. Open the app, tap your profile icon (top-right), and check the email shown there against the email you used to pay.

    2. If they don't match, sign out and sign back in with the correct one.

    3. If they do match, fully close the app and reopen it sometimes it just needs to refresh.

    4. Still stuck? Go to profile icon > Subscriptions > Restore Purchase. This re-links your Play Store/App Store payment to your Adobe account.
