I have subscribed to premium but apps doesn't show. It still shows free version. I have confirmed that both acc are the same.e

I have purchased membership, but app still shows free.

1. Verified both accounts linked are the same.

2. Deleted app and reinstalled. Still problem persists.

    Hope you are doing well, and thanks for reaching out. We are sorry for the trouble.  

    I have checked your Adobe account linked with the Adobe ID you are using on this community and found an active plan for Acrobat Premium purchased recently. As you have already tried removing the app and reinstalling it, with no success. Please try to log out and re-login with your Adobe credentials and try to restore the purchase. Tap on profile icon > Subscriptions > Restore Purchase and check if that helps. 

    You may also try to clear the app cache from your device settings > Apps > Acrobat > Storage > Clear Cache and reboot the device once and check.
