    Hello @Zealous_interest66f3

I hope you are doing well, and sorry for the trouble you had.

We checked and verified the Adobe ID(email) that you used to log in to the community and see that the Acrobat Pro subscription is currently showing as past due. This is likely why the other device is showing the account as a free user.

Please sign in to your Adobe account, open Plans, and follow the prompt to resolve the payment issue. You don’t need to purchase another subscription.

Once the payment is successful and your plan shows as active, reopen Acrobat on the new phone while connected to the internet. If it still shows “Free,” sign out and sign back in with the Adobe account associated with your subscription. Make sure any local work is saved first.

If the subscription shows as active after the payment issue is resolved but the second phone still shows Free, please let us know, and we can troubleshoot the activation separately.

For privacy, please don't share payment information, order numbers, or receipts publicly.

I hope this helps, and please reach out if you need any assistance.

    Regards,

    Anand Sri.
