I have the license for Adobe premium but only the basic Adobe appears on my computer

Hello, I have a problem related to the activation of my adobe premium. My company bought the licenses of the Adobe Premium and from the administrator app I assigned it to a user of my company, however when he installs it from his user profile only the basic options of the Adobe appear, as if he did not have the premium. Does anyone know why?

Hope you are doing well. Thanks for writing in!

I checked the email address that is registered on the community and could not find any active subscription on your account.

If you have an Acrobat Premium subscription, you will not be able to use the same tools on PC, as this is a mobile-only subscription.
