Would you mind sharing a few pieces of information for further investigation:

1. The application version of Acrobat Reader Mobile you are using (Go to Profile on the top right-> About Acrobat)

2. The Android version you are using;

3. A screen recording of the workflow you are using;

4. A sample file on which you experience the issue over a private message (click on my profile name-> click the blue button that says "Send a message" on the next page)
