I have upgraded to add on ai assistant cant access on I pad

Please help

Both my Samsung galaxy and mac book air have adobe ai tool but not my I pad

Hope you are doing well. Thanks for writing in!

Have you checked if you are logged in with the same Adobe ID on your iPad that you use on your Mac and Samsung?

If that is the case, please share a few pieces of information for further investigation:

1. The app version of Acrobat you use on your iPad (go to Profile> About Acrobat);

2. The iPadOS version of your device;

3. Screenshots of the Preferences window in your profile, and a screenshot of a PDF file once opened on your iPad.
