I'm having trouble creating PDFs; it just keeps saying "reloading" and nothing gets created. I need help with my account—it's urgent that I be able to create PDF documents.

Sadly, the issue is not reproducible at our end. Would you please share the following details:

• Operating system type (Android or iOS) and version

• App version installed.

• A short video of the issue?

Also, could you try the following:

• Restart your device

• Switch from Wifi to the cellular network for testing purposes or vice versa
