I paid through the app, but my account still isn't showing Premium. Could you please look into it?

    Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out. We are sorry for the trouble you are experiencing.


    I have checked your Adobe account linked with the Adobe ID you are using on this community, and I am unable to find any active plan/subscription. Please log out of the application and reboot the device, then re-login with the correct Adobe ID and see if that helps.
