I need help adobe won’t work

I've paid for subscription twice on my iPad for adobe pdf edit, I've already spoke to apple,I've deleted and reinstalled the application and it keeps prompting me to gets free trail, and then it asks me to"try now and it doesn't work, the whole application won't work and I don't know what to do.please help me.

I've tried restoring the purchase, deleting the application from my iPad I've already tried So much and it still won't work

As you have confirmed that you have purchased the subscription but are unable to use the premium features it could be because the email that you have used might not be the same which you used to purchase the subscription. Kindly be very sure which email you have signed in with in the app.
