I no longer have access to my previous account and would like to cancel my subscription as I'm being billed for it . I can't cancel through the app because I no longer have access to my details I used when I signed up can you kindly assist please .

I signed up with an account but now at a later stage I no longer have access to those details as I'm using a different now and I'm unable to log into the account but now i would like to cancel my subscription because my bank account is still being charged .
