I opted for 7 day free trial and after that 349 per month subscription but today only 349 was deducted from my account and also I’ve cancelled the subscription but not able to get my refund please help

We have checked your account using the email address linked to your community profile. The account still shows as active. Since your subscription is still within the 14-day free cancellation window, you can cancel and receive a refund.
