As per the issue description that you are unable to use the premium features. Would you mind sharing a few details to understand the issue better?

1. As we can check the email is not having the subscription active, do you have any other email. Kindly send it in a private message.

2. What is the exact issue while using the app?

3. Is it with a particular PDF or will all PDFs?
