I pay fro premium but wont open files

Hi Mario,

Are you still struggling to view/open a PDF file in Adobe Acrobat? If you are getting this message while viewing a pdf in a browser, you are most likely trying to open a Dynamic XFA (XML Form Architecture) PDF. To view such pdf documents, we recommend you to download the file locally and open it either in Adobe Reader or Adobe Acrobat.

Even if you are already on Mac or Windows, still you need to download the file first and then open it using Acrobat or Reader DC.

Please let us know which device (Mobile or Desktop) and application (Acrobat Reader Mobile or Reader DC) you are working with?
