I purchased a one-year package. Is my account still free?

I accidentally renewed my 1-year Acrobat Premium - Yearly subscription. I notified you to request a refund, but you refused.
Okay. When I log back into my account, it's still a free account. I don't understand what you want from me.

I have the invoice for my one-year package. I can provide it if you need it.
