Question

I purchased adobe premium but I can’t edit without the upgrade which I’ve paid the year for which renews march 2027

I purchased adobe acrobat premium which allowed me to edit and create pdf. Now it’s saying I need purchase the app to edit etc. 

 

please help me understand. It says it’s valid until march 2027. I paid for a year ahead of time.

    We have checked your account and confirmed that you have an active subscription. Please ensure that you are signed in to the application with the Adobe ID you used to purchase the subscription.

    Try signing out and then relaunching the application. After that, sign in again using the same method you used when registering for the subscription.

    Once you are logged in, please check the following steps:

    • Open Acrobat on iOS and tap your profile icon in the top-right corner.

    • Tap Subscriptions.

    • Check if your subscription is listed there. If it is not, you may be using a different account.
