Did you use the delete or the remove from the recent option? If you used the latter, you can re-open the file to get it visible on the recent list again.

In case you used the delete option, you will need to check on the cloud service: https://acrobat.adobe.com/link/documents/ or your internal storage if the files are available there.

If not, I fear you will need a fresh copy of the file from the creator.
