I signed up for a subscription over a month ago but when i try to use Adobe it keeps trying to prompt me to get a subscription. Why can't b I just log into my active subscription/account? How do I use my account? Thank you

I paid for my subscription and everytime I try to log in im always prompted to buy a subscription. I dont understand why. How can i use my account with the subscription I already subscribed. What do i do?

    We checked your Adobe ID (email), which you used to log in to the community, and see that you have an active Acrobat Premium license. Please use the email ID to log in to the Acrobat Reader mobile app. And restore the purchase from settings. You can also refer to this article: https://adobe.ly/4dMnJOY
