I signed up for a subscription over a month ago but when i try to use Adobe it keeps trying to prompt me to get a subscription. Why can't b I just log into my active subscription/account? How do I use my account? Thank you

We checked your Adobe ID (email), which you used to log in to the community, and see that you have an active Acrobat Premium license.
