Question

I started the 7 day free trial, however I haven’t been able to use it as I’m being asked to subscribe every time I try to use the edit feature

Why are non of the features working during my 7 day free trial?

    Hi @Lydss ,

Hope you are doing well, and thanks for reaching out. We are sorry for the trouble you are experiencing.

A few quick questions to help sort this out:

    1. Are you using the app on iPhone/iPad or Android?

    2. When you signed up for the trial, did you pick the Yearly plan and then "Start 7-day free trial"? The free trial is only offered with the yearly plan, not the monthly one. If you picked Monthly by mistake, that would explain why no trial is actually active, and it keeps asking you to subscribe.

    3. Is the account you are signed into inside the Acrobat app the same one you used in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store when you started the trial? A mismatch between the two is one of the most common reasons this happens.

While you check those, here are a few steps you can try:

    • Tap your profile icon in the app, then tap Subscriptions. This shows whether your Acrobat Premium trial is actually listed as active.

    • If it shows as active there, but the edit tools still ask you to subscribe, tap Restore Subscription from that same Subscriptions screen. This re-syncs your account with what the app store has on file.

    • Try signing out of the app completely and signing back in.

    • Make sure you are not accidentally signed into two different Adobe accounts (one in the app, one in the store).

Let us know your platform (iOS or Android), which plan you selected, and whether the Subscriptions screen shows your trial as active, and we can take it from there.
