I subscribed for the 7 day free trial. However, I want to cancel the subscription but I am having issues to cancel the subscription.

I want to cancel my subscription but I don’t see on my subscription panel on my iPhone subscription account. It appears like if I have never subscribe an account for adobe in which it’s weird because I do remember that I did sign up for that 7 day free trial.
