I subscribed from my mobile app but not able to use service in my Mac

You're currently subscribed to the Acrobat Premium Mobile plan:

• This plan gives you access to all of Acrobat's premium tools (such as editing, converting, and signing PDFs) on your mobile device, including your phone and tablet.

• Because it's a mobile-only plan, these premium features won't be available when you use Acrobat on a desktop or laptop computer.
 

If you'd like to use the premium tools on your computer as well, you would need to have the Acrobat Pro  Subscription that works on both the devices (Mobile & Desktop). For more  information, please check the help page https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/faq.html
