    Thank you for sharing the screenshot. You have got the Acrobat Reader (freeware application) as the total amount is showing zero. Please download the Acrobat Reader application from the Samsung Store and sign in using your Adobe ID (Email ID) to start using it.

    Hope you are doing well, and thanks for reaching out. I have checked your Adobe account linked with the Adobe ID you are using on this community, and I am unable to track any active/paid subscription. Please log out of the application and re-login with the correct Adobe ID used for the purchase of the plan via the Samsung store, and see if that helps.
