I took 14 days free trial but forgot to cancel it. I have not used it even in free trial now I have an invoice to pay. How to cancel it

I took 14 days free trial but forgot to cancel it. I have not used it even in free trial now I have an invoice to pay. How to cancel it so I will not pay for any service which I did not even use.

      Good day i am really not happy adobe said that i had a 37% off R47 a monthly payment but when i agreed a R568 was taken from my account im very disappoint and i want a refund now because they lied
