I tried canceling this as soon as I learned I had it but was denied and now this is like my 6th time wondering why it’s not working still

Why after unable to cancel this has it never worked. I ended up paying a whole year and I still can’t get it to work right. So I get no refund and no actual service.

    I have checked your Adobe account linked with the Adobe ID you are using on this community and unable to track any active/paid Acrobat plan. 
     

    If you may have used a different Adobe ID for the purchase of the plan, please share it with us via private message so we can check it further.
