I upgraded my iphone now i lost all my files on my acrobat. How do I retrieve it?

I upgraded my iphone and when I reinstalled acrobat I can no longer find my previous files. How do I restore them?

Hi DianneVi,

 

Sorry for the delay in response.

 

As you have reinstalled the application, the files that you had saved on Document Cloud will still be there in the account.

However, the files that were saved locally cannot be retrieved if you have not taken any backup of those files.

Please ensure that you sign in using the same credentials that you were using before.

    Hi,

     

    Please clarify, if when you say upgrade you're referring to an system restore in your device(erases eveeything), or a system update (just updates the iOS, but things may changed)?
