I've subscribed to AI assistant, but I don't see the button on any PDFs I've uploaded.  How do I access it?

    Hi there 

     

    Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out. 

     

    I have checked your Adobe account and found an active plan for AI assistant. Please logout of the application, reboot the device once and relogin with your Adobe credentials and see if that works. 

     

    You may also try to restore purchase. Tap on the Profile > Subscriptions > Restore Purchases and reboot the app and check. 

     

    Let us know how it goes.

    Thank you for your reply.  I followed the steps, but am still not able to access AI Assistant.

    Hi there 

    Thanks for trying out the suggestions. Would you mind sharing a small video recording of the steps you re taking and the issue as it occurs also capture the email you are using to login to the app to access AI Assistant features.
