I want a refund for the subscription because I choose free trial but it requested payment I mistakenly paid the amount

Hi, I was mistakenly charged for a subscription on 29/3/2026. I did not intend to subscribe to this service. I have not used the subscription, and I kindly request a refund. Please let me know if any further details are required.
