I want to cancel

I have been trying to cancel this account and it's almost impossible. It does not appear in the "manage subscriptions" section and I have tried to have contact in several times with customer service without succes. It is against my rights as a consumer being unable to cancel my account and stop the renewal.

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with Acrobat Reader Mobile.

 

If the subscription does not show up on the Manage subscriptions tab on your device, you will need to contact Apple Support, as they handle subscriptions related to mobile.

 

You may visit the page to do so: iTunes Store (apple.com)

 

Also, I suggest checking your email inbox to see the email address used to purchase the subscription to get better results.
