I want to cancel my plan that automatically started after 7 days free trial ,how do I do it and also the refund

O started the 7 days free trial but then I signed out the account to avoid being charged and also uninstalled it but I recipe Ved a message of that I have been charged for the acrobat plan that automatically started after free trial Andes . I want to know how do I cancel it and have my refund
