I want to pay for the monthly subscription but when I get to the payment window. The email address does not match mine and I can't change it to my email to complete payment

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with purchasing an Acrobat Reader Mobile subscription.

 

As Acrobat Premium is a mobile-based subscription, you might need to check the email address on which you are logged in on your store (Google Play Store, Samsung Galaxy Store, or AppStore) and sign in with the same account on the Acrobat Reader App or vice-versa for smooth purchase and usage of the subscription.
