I want to send PDFs that display size of file and must be clicked by recipient to open. Most do arrive that way, but one or two are arriving already opened in email. What am I doing wrong? Using iPad Pro, with latest software, fully updated Adobe Acrobat Pro and Apple Mail.

Hope you are doing well. Thank you for writing in!

 

I tried the workflow to share files using the share icon, and it worked whenever the file was shared using Apple Mail.

 

Would you mind sharing a screen recording of the issue for better understanding and assistance? Also, are you using the "Send a Copy" option or the Share button on the top right reading screen?
