I want to sign in acrobat reader mobile.

Could you please confirm if you are trying to add signature to the document?

If yes, you can use the Fill & Sign tool to add signature or fill the form.

Just to inform you, mobile applicaiton do not support the digital certificates. So, incase you are trying to add digital signature to the document on mobile application, it is not possible.
