I was able to highlight my documents yesterday but can’t today

I can no longer highlight my school work documents. It was working fine before today and after an hour trying, I even tried paying apparently for nothing! Where did the highlighter go? And do I have to pay for a highlighter? I am using reader on iPad 

 

before i I tried to pay for pro I tried restarting the iPad and reinstalling. It also does not work on my phone anymore either

    I am not sure if contacting Adobe Customer Care would help as far as the troubleshooting the app is concerned. You should make the effort to sort out the paying part of your issue.

     

    But you should also contact Apple customer care for further troubleshooting the app in your iOS device.
