I was charged and I’m not sure how I even have a subscription. I would like my money back and to cancel my subscription

I was seeing a large number being charged my my card from Apple and it was this app. I’m not sure how I’ve bought a full year subscription, but I would like to cancel and I want my money back. This app was required to sign documents for my job. I wasn’t aware I signed up. Please give my money back
