I was charged despite cancelling my subscription before trial ends trials ends June 30 and I have gotten charged before then even tho I cancelled the trial same day

I want a refund my trial doesn’t end till June 30

 subscription was cancelled way before I still got June 30 despite cancelling it’s not even the renewal date yet

    I have checked your Adobe account linked with the Adobe ID you are using on this community and unable to find any active plan/subscription. If you feel this is some fraudlent activity please check the steps shared in the help article https://community.adobe.com/announcements-14/why-is-adobe-charging-my-card-1562006  and see if that helps.

    Hola a mí también me pasa lo mismo hasta tenía desinstalada la app y aún así me han cobrado la mensualidad y ahora me cobran más, yo me suscrito y el mismo día cancele, no se porque cobran algo que estoy usando

    I have faced same issue, subscribed on first week of june then unsubscribed during trail period, still i got charged twice, please update Amal Jaiswal.

    Hi ​@Suneet hope youa re oding well and thanks for reaching out. I have checked your Adobe account linked with the Adobe ID you are using on this community and found that you have active plans for Acrobat Pro , Adobe Express and AI Assistant for Acrobat.

    I was charged despite my subscription not ending till June 30 the trial was cancelled same day yet I still got charged

    As described in the previous response there is no active plan/subscription under your Adobe account. Please use the link shared below to track the subscription and get it cancelled as fraudlent.

    Yeah I know I’m telling you I got charged despite cancelling the same day I got the app I got charged even before the renewal date start I have contacted Apple and I was told to contact you
