I was debited twice just now and still can't edit my picture

I would like a refund and an end to my subscription. I was debit twice just now and still can not edit my photos. Each time I try, I am being asked to subscribe. July 4/10/23 @ 10:16pm & 10:17pm. $0.20 each time.

    Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with billing.

     

    Would you mind clarifying the application name you were trying to subscribe to? Acrobat Reader Mobile is mainly used for reading, editing and filling in PDF files and cannot be used as an image editor.

     

    If you are looking for a different application, please let me know and I will move the thread to the relevant board for better visibility.
