I was using an hide my email address and I wanna change it back to my original email address

Hope you are doing well, and thanks for reaching out.

Just to make sure I point you in the right direction: are you able to sign in to your Adobe account normally right now (just using the hidden/relay address to do so), or are you locked out and can't get in at all?

If you can sign in fine and just want to update the email tied to your account, here's how:

• Sign in at https://adobe.ly/4pXOzJM

• Go to Account and security > Account information and access

• Next to Primary email (Adobe ID), select Change

• Enter your real email address and select Change

• You'll get a verification code by email. Enter it within 10 minutes and select Verify

Once that's done, you'll get a confirmation email, and your account will use your normal address from then on.
