Why does the Galaxy software keep trying to take complete control over my Android phone when it wants me to give it access to everything on my phone and then be able to do anything with every thing that I am the one who should be controlling?

    File access permission is needed by the Acrobat app to read, display, and save changes to the file that you open in the app from an SD card or phone internal storage. You can manage this permission anytime via Settings apps on your phone. https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobat/android/en/settings.html#general-device-permissions
