Ich habe Adobe kostenlos getestet und nun über Paypal zwei Abbuchungen bekommen. Wie kann ich diese Abos kündigen? Ich habe keine Mail bzgl. der Abos erhalten und möchte auch kein Upgrade. Best.nr. BL3463014202 + BL3463014153.

Wie kann ich diese Abos stornieren?

Ich habe keine Mail bzgl. der Abos erhalten und möchte auch kein Upgrade.

Bitte stornieren Sie die Abos. Ich habe sie nicht genutzt und werde sie auch nicht benötigen.

    Once the billing team process your request and cancels the plan, you will be notified by email. Also the aplicable refund may take 10-14 business days, depending on your bank policy , to reflect into your account.

    I have checked your Adobe account with the Adobe ID you are using on this community and unable to track any active plans. Could you please confirm if you were using the Mobile or Desktop app?
