I'm trying to update my ID signature on my iPhone but I'm having a hard time

Are you trying to update your email signature in the Mail app, or is this related to Adobe Acrobat , where you're trying to update your signature for signing PDFs?

If it’s for Adobe Acrobat, here’s how you can update your saved signature:

Open the Acrobat on your iPhone.
Open any PDF you’d like to sign.
Tap the pen icon (usually labeled Fill & Sign).
Tap on the signature icon, then tap “+” to create a new one or “Clear” to remove the existing one.
Draw your new signature using your finger or stylus and hit Done.
