Importing an already filled-in pdf into Adobe Fill and Sign onto iPads does not transfer over the filled in information

Upon importing a document with text already inside the pdf, the adobe fill and sign import process on the iPad seems to eliminate all text that was filled in.  Seems to be a new issue.

Hi Michaelh,

Sorry for the delay in response.

The Adobe Fill & Sign application does not sync the documents filled in the application to Adobe Acrobat Reader.

If you are filling the PDF form in Fill & Sign application, the file gets saved in that particular application after completion.

However, you can share the PDF using the Sharing icon.

When you say "Adobe Fill & Sign import process", could you please let us know how exactly you are importing the PDF.

Also, let us know if it happens to all the PDFs.

Please share the application and OS version currently installed on your device.

Let us know if you need any help.

If you are referring to something else, please let us know.

Regards,

Meenakshi
