Imposibilidad al enviar documentos

Siempre he firmado y devuelto los documentos sin problema. Ahora en la ventana que antes se inserta a el correo, no se puede, aparece debajo, después que se está realizando una copia y el resultado final es que no llega el documento, cosa que antes nunca me había pasado y eso que trabajo desde el movil

1. What is the exact workflow you are following?

2. Is it with a particular file or with all files?

3. If possible, could you share some screenshots of the issue?
