Impossibile aggiungere una nuova firma

Buonasera, ho due firme da usare per i documenti ma vorrei crearne una nuova. Scegliendo compila e firma mi fa aggiungere solo le firme esistenti, non me ne fa creare di nuove e neanche modificare quelle esistenti. Qual è il problema?

There are two options to add signatures and initials. You can learn more about the process of adding and editing signatures and initials based on the platform you use:
