Impossible to get a Refund

I'm having the same issue. Neither Google Play or Adobe have assisted me; they keep each sending me to the other party. 

It was an expensive subscription, but niether want to refund, even though it was within the 14 days

Same issue. Can't seem to find out how to cancel free trial.

I’ve checked the Adobe ID associated with your community account, but I wasn’t able to find any active or paid subscription linked to it. If you used a different Adobe ID to purchase the plan, please send it to us via private message so we can look into it further for you.
