What Android does ur phone have? I clicked the link and had no issues viewing, with all options available. Could you be more specific about what's happening and what ur trying to do?

I have Android 5.0.2 Lollipop

The document is blank when I opened it in Adobe Acrobat on my phone.

It's work fine with Chrome pdf reader on phone

What viewer do you use?

Try to download this document and open it in Adobe Acrobat for Android

The first time I was using the Drive PDF viewer apparently, so I downloaded

and opened with acrobat reader and you're absolutely right- it says the

document is empty. wth
