"impossible to open the file"

Since a few weeks, Adobe often refuses to open the PDF files I receive, from mails or WhatsApp, on my Android cellphone.

It's written "impossible to open the file, please verify your connexion or reduce the file name". But each Time, the connexion IS good, and I can't change the name if a file I haven't download before....

I'ts also impossible to share those files.

Hope you are doing well.

As you have mentioned that you are unable to open some files which you received from mails or WhatsApp. Would you mind sharing below details to understand the issue better:

  1. Version of the Android.
  2. If possible, please attach the file so we can try to open.
  3. Version of the Acrobat Reader mobile.

 

Also, please check if there is any update available for Acrobat Reader mobile and update it. Then sign out and sign in again and try to open the file.
