In app features not activated

I've purchased the in app features of acrobat reader for docs on the iPhone  but there is problems in activating the features plus it's always giving me I am a free user and need to subscribe. Although I did the previous steps and paid. 
please if anyone can help with this issue

    I am having the same issue! Have spent HOURS trying to resolve. I have contacted Adobe and their online support was not helpful at all. I have read online and found other people are having the same problem and have given up. I am still not able to find a resolution.
