Inability to access Adobe cloud pdfs on other devices

I uploaded a pdf to my Adobe cloud but I couldn't open it on my laptop even though I'm signed in. Also I'm on premium subscription, but it is not reflecting on my laptop

Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out. We are sorry for the trouble.

 

As described you are unable to access the PDF file that is saved on the Adobe Cloud, Please login to https://adobe.ly/3IgMLtC with your Adobe credentials and Go to Document tab and check for your files under 'Your Documents' section. 

 

Also, Acrobat Premium is a subscription for mobile platforms only and can not be used on desktop devices.
