Porque no puedo editar el nombre en el perfil de usuario en Adobe

Me sale el usuario con un solo nombre y un Apellido.

As you mentioned in the issue description, you cannot change the name on the account. Follow the steps mentioned below:

1. Sign in to https://account.adobe.com/profile.

2. In the Account information and access section, select Change next to the Account name

Muchas gracias por la información brindada.

Como puedo hacer para que los documentos en PDF se abran siempre con 100% de zoom y no tener que estar haciendo zoom cada vez que ocupo que se lean bien los documentos.

You can try the below steps:

1. Open the PDF;

2. Click the three dots to the top right;

3. Click on View Settings;

4. Select the desired view.

This should keep your preferences intact for the document for the future instances when you open the file.
