Hi @NLOIA,

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with Acrobat Reader Mobile installation.

I have shared this issue with the product team to check if we at Adobe have control over this. I will get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible.

@NLOIA Would you mind sharing the below pieces of information for further investigation:

  1. Do you experience this issue immediately on moving the app to the sd card, or app is successfully moved to the sd card for some time and then moves back to the internal storage?
  2. In case the app moves to internal storage after some time, does this happen after an app update? Generally, on app updates, the app moves to internal storage, and it is required to move the app to external storage explicitly.
  3. Do you experience this issue with other applications as well?
  4. Is there sufficient space on the sd card?

Look forward to hearing from you.

OK @S. S , follow my answers:

  1. Do you experience this issue immediately on moving the app to the sd card, or app is successfully moved to the sd card for some time and then moves back to the internal storage?
NL: Second option is correct. I success move the app and, some days after, it is installed back in the Internal Memory.

  2. In case the app moves to internal storage after some time, does this happen after an app update? Generally, on app updates, the app moves to internal storage, and it is required to move the app to external storage explicitly.
NL: Not sure about the updates, but I bet on it.   Yes, the app moves to internal storage.   No, it is not explicit required by the system to move to the external Storage. It is me that wants it to stay in the external storage.

  3. Do you experience this issue with other applications as well?
NL: Yes. Tik-Tok, Instagram, amazon Music, Kwai and others has the same behavior.

  4. Is there sufficient space on the sd card?
NL: Yes. Around 80% of my 256 GB MicroSD disk are availabe. (I use around 20%)
Further I say, the internal memory (256 GB) is around 40% free (I use around 60%)

    I hope it helps.
    Thank you in advance.
